September Meet-up – Sound Bath\/Gong Workshop

\nBedwas Workmen’s Hall, 6.30pm \u2013 9.30pm<\/p>\n
At our September meet-up, Menna offered a gong workshop and Sound Bath! Sound therapy is known to be very effective for stress, depression, pain, phobias and more, and invokes a deep sense of relaxation.<\/p>\n
Menna begin with a short talk and then we all experienced a 50 minute sound bath. There were lots of different experiences and everyone enjoyed it and felt some benefit.<\/p>\n
